About Inline Tube
This is the steering column plate for all 64-67 manual trans cars. It has the hole in it for the clutch rod, boot and retainer. If you are converting over to a 4 speed this is a must. This plate has the hole that allows the manual transmission clutch rod to pass through the firewall. This steering column plate mounts on the inside to the firewall. This is an inline tube reproduction of the original. It is the exact size and shape of the original in metal plated phosphate- just like the factory original.
