If you wish for a better welding effect, it is recommended to use gas mode; if you work outside and not easy to carry the gas, then flux core welding is the best idea(supports spool gun but it’s not included in the package) .Supports .030"-.035" wire with 2lb or 10lb flux core and solid wire to weld over .030"(0.8mm) thickness steels.
