Victor Thermal Dynamics 7-5208 SL100 75 Degree Head Torch and 50 foot Leads is the first plasma cutting torch that performs with virtually all plasma cutting power supplies. The included features are an ergonomic torch handle, a new phenolic position tube, an extended or protected consumable parts, lower consumable parts inventoried and costs, precision engineered torch consumable parts, improved leads, Advanced Torch Connector (ATC) quick disconnect option and ATC lead extensions. The processes for this torch is a replacement torch-manual air plasma cutting. The gas pressure is 65-75 PSI and the gas flow is 400 SCFH. The certifications for this product is IP23S. The industrial applications are HVAC, trailer manufacturing, fabrication shops, ship building, home shop, plumbing, auto body repair, metal stud/building construction. The amperage range is 20-120 amps and the duty cycle is 120 amps at 60 percent and 100 amps at 100 percent. The gas type is air.
