About Goodcook Small Nonstick Carbon Steel Broiler Pan
This compact version of our GoodCook Broiler Pan is perfect for roasting and broiler in your toaster oven. With a 2-piece construction that allows for excellent drainage of all the excess drippings from your pan cover to the pan below, you can enjoy healthy eating all the time. The 7" x 11" surface area is great for smaller portions or cooking for one. Clean up is easy with a durable nonstick surface that makes food remnants just slide off with hand washing, although the pan is dishwasher safe as well. Metal utensils will not scratch the coating so that's one less thing to worry about, and it is PFOA and PTFE free. Handles are built-in, giving you a safe way to transport in and out of the oven.
