Pasta dough that’s cut into uniform sizes results in a more consistent texture, cook time and flavor. The pasta bike easily cuts sheets of pasta dough into ribbon noodles, like pappardelle, reginette, crostoli, or cut squares for tortellini, and circles for agnolotti. The 9 Interchangeable wheels are easy to take off and add back on to customize strips of different widths. Fresh pasta can be dried on a pasta drying Rack (Sold Separately) and stored for later use, or cooked and enjoyed immediately.
