Tread Labs Metatarsal Pad kit (pair) is to be used with Stride Insoles for a customize-able solution to support the metatarsal bones of the foot to aid in the pain associated with Metatarsalgia. Forefoot pain can be caused by a variety of factors. Taking pressure off the ball of the foot often reduces or eliminates the pain. Tread Labs Met Pads provide fast relief by transferring pressure away from the ball of the foot. The metatarsal pads attach with low profile hook and loop Velcro to Tread Labs Stride insole. The positioning of the Met Pads can be easily adjusted and they can be removed at any time.
