This is an easy to use thermometer for charting your basal temperature or using as a general baby, kids or adult thermometer. Easy to find the button in the dark and quiet on beep to tell you it is ready. (This model does not give a reading finish beep.) The unit is lite and not difficult to hold in your mouth or can be used rectally. It turns off automatically about 8 minutes after reading and has a low battery indicator.
