This set has all the tools needed to hone straight razor on leather. DOVO Straight Razor in Sealed packing. Use the Chromium Oxide Compound 1st on strop back which is rough leather and stroke the razor blade for few times on it and then rub the Chromium Oxide Compound on front leather strop polished side for final straight razor honing process. The waxy consistency makes it easy to apply the compound. This fine 0.5 micron chromium oxide abrasive is used when you want a polished honed cutting edge. For better result use a grit stone to hone a razor before doing this process.
