Remove the strips with dry hands and carefully peel off the backing film. While checking the mirror, fit the strip in your mouth and press the sticky gel side against your teeth. Line up the strips with the edge of your gums and apply gentle pressure to secure the strip to the teeth. After 30-60 minutes, peel off the strips and discard them properly.
