The Dirt Lock is an expertly crafted, advanced bucket filtration system to keep your car wash water sparkly clean. We have created a unique system that pumps debris to the bottom of the bucket and safely under the screen, without re-introducing the grit back into the clean water. Traditional wash baffles use grid like patterns or poorly constructed funneling systems to try and catch debris when it settles at the bottom. Soon as you introduce your wash mitt and stir up the water, it comes right back above the screen and attaches back onto your mitt. This creates millions of micro scratches along the paint and you end up with swirl-marks by grinding the debris back into your cars paintwork. The Turbine Dirt Lock has a unique system that pumps debris and forces it to the bottom of the bucket without re-introducing the debris above. Under the screen is tapered like valves that allow water to only travel in a downward motion. This keeps any particles from traveling back above, while clean water cycles through the side troughs and back above for re-use. This also creates a suction effect when you move your hand up and down in the bucket, giving you the safest and cleanest wash water available!
