This premium quality paint-grade unfinished cabinet door is precision routed from a single MDF board for exceptional durability and a seamless appearance when painted. Measures 19 inches high and 13 inches wide. The 2 1/4 inch wide frames have unique detailing on both outer and inner edges, and the raised center panel edge is coved. 3/4 inch thick. Crisp millwork and tight corners - this is NOT a cheap 'Easter egg' door. Please see the exact profile in the images above. Unbored. Works with most hinges. For concealed cup hinges you can use a Forstner bit to drill boreholes for them. We advise using compression anchors (little plastic inserts) for the screws. Available in a wide range of sizes; simply select the cabinet door height from the drop-down box, and the door width from the lower row of images. For fractional inch sizes, just round each fraction UP and send us a message with your exact dimensions. We'll verify the measurements with you before production and will make exactly the sizes you request. Doors come sanded to 220 grit from the factory. They can be lightly sanded and painted as-is, or painted without sanding if an MDF primer is used. MDF doors are always painted since they don't have natural wood grain. For staining we suggest our Red Oak or Maple doors. Every order includes detailed painting instructions for the home handyman.
