About Grip-Tek Black Buffed Foam Grips – NPVC Foam

Grip-Tek Buffed Foam Hand Grips add stability and comfort to all your handlebar needs. They are perfect as a new grip where one wasn’t before – like over a bare metal or plastic handle – or to replace an old or worn handle. EPDM rubber tubing is known for its excellent resistance to ozone, weathering, aging, water and steam. This is why our foam grip tubing is exceptional for outdoor use and perfect for improving the overall look and feel of bikes, motorcycles, chainsaws, canes and walkers, and lawn and garden equipment. Our foam grips reduce handle vibration, eliminate blisters caused by rough handle surfaces, and insulate against extreme weather conditions. Our tubing comes with radius end cuts and is open on both ends for super easy application. To select the right grip size, measure your bar size and refer to the bullet points to ensure your selection corresponds to the right bar size measurements. Our buffed foam grip tubing is proudly made in the USA from top quality materials. For EPDM Rubber: EPDM Sponge Rubber Grips are an exceptional choice for outdoor use, with a service temperature range of -30°F to 230°F. EPDM is well known for its excellent resistance to ozone, weathering, aging, water and steam. For NPVC Rubber: NPVC Sponge Rubber Grips are an economically priced grip product with good oil and gasoline resistance, and heat and abrasion resistance. NPVC service temperature range is -25°F to 222°F, but is not recommended for applications where it will be exposed to severe weathering conditions.Grip-Tek grips are manufactured slightly smaller than the diameter of the bar and are meant to be stretched over the bar during installation to ensure a secure and tight fit.
