About SIMPORT SCIENTIFIC L200-21 Polystyrene INO-LOOP

The Simport INO-LOOP Inoculating Loops and Needles are made of high impact polystyrene. Loops and needles are smooth and flexible and allow for uniform streaking without damaging the gel surface. They are packed in sterile, safe and tamper-proof, zip-seal resealable bags. Needles are straight and can be used for removal of specimens of single colonies. There is no flaming required for disposable inoculating loops and needles. This reduces the risk of infection due to aerosol formation of pathogenic substances. Cross contamination due to improper sterilization is eliminated. They can be used under hoods without danger, and are color-coded for ease of size identification.
