Primer ends of spent .38 Special bullets are cut of casings and stud posts attached. Plated with Rhodium to enhanced lettering on ammunition. Primers removed and replaced with Clear Swarovski Crystals. Plastic and metal ear nuts are included to secure jewelry. Palladium is a rare and lustrous silvery-gold metal to discovered in 1803 by William Hyde Wollaston. This mineral has been thought to stimulate the electrical energy within the body to maintain the alignment between the physical and ethereal body, and to moderate emotional intensity in all situations.
