Materials: 60% Nylon / 40% Polyester Weight w/o flask: 8oz; Weight with flask: 10 oz Capacity: 8 L -- 488 cu in Care Instructions: Hand wash only - Nathan Power Wash Recommended. To clean bladder remove tubing, rinse tubing and bite valve. Turn bladder inside out and rinse dry standing up.
