About Steeda 555-7040 Clutch Quadrant Cable Kit
Fine tune the shifts in your 1982-95 Mustang with this Steeda adjustable clutch cable quadrant and firewall adjuster kit. Steeda's adjustable clutch cable quadrant and firewall adjuster kit replaces your worn out factory cable and allow you to adjust clutch engagement without having to crawl under the car. The double hook quadrant allows you to shift quicker with the fast acting pedal ratio. Steeda's qadjustable clutch cable quadrant and firewall adjuster kit is designed from billet aluminum for long lasting strength and durability. The firewall adjuster features a handy locking tab so you can adjust it with one hand and a set-screw keeps the cable in place with no need for re-adjustment. Steeda's double hook clutch quadrant is designed to withstand the hardest of shifts and will not flex like the factory plastic piece. The adjustable cable feature a stainless steel inner cable and low friction Teflon lining along with a high-durometer bushing at the firewall for improved clutch response and cable life.
