Logan.The General Order, No. 349, reads: "By direction of the President, Major General William T. Sherman is appointed ti the command of the Department and Army of the Tennessee, Headquarters in the field, and Major General John A. Logan to the command of the 15th Army Corps. By order of the Secretary of War: E.D. Townsend - Assistant Adjunct General".The official vintage unsigned document is in excellent condition considering its age.
