Description Bing & Grøndahl was once an independent Danish porcelain manufacturer until it was acquired by Royal Copenhagen in 1987. In 1895 the label was the first Christmas plate to collect, and it began the history of the oldest collection in the world. The pieces are handmade with the intricate unglaze painting.
