Instructions for using White-Out Pens: These white out pens have a valve in them that keeps the white-out liquid from flowing freely and causing puddles of thick white out to form. After you shake the pen to mix the white-out, while pressing the sides of the pen, gently make tiny taps with the tip of the applicator over the area where you want the white out to be applied. You will obtain a nice even layer of white out with no excess puddles forming. It may take a little practice to learn the technique, but then it is easy. Without tapping as you attempt to apply, the valve stays closed and no white out flows. The metal tip recesses about 1/32' with each tap. You can feel the recess occurring by pressing the metal tip into the pen with your finger tip. Once you get the hang of it, these pens do an excellent job.
