(STCC) are well suited for industrial applications that require an inert, chemically resistant ball, with the purity, specific gravity and wide operating temperature range of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) that other plastic ball materials don't provide. Partial applications include PTFE balls used in chemical handling pumps, check valves, ball bearings for light loads, volume displacement balls for chemical baths and many other uses. Teflon balls are made from suspension polymerization PTFE resin molding processing. Teflon ball attributes: surface moulding line, no burrs, surface smooth, high technology, high quality, Low friction coefficient, the lowest in almost all solid, very high resistance to high temperature, good chemical stability, Almost no erosion by any chemicals. Surface viscosity, excellent electrical insulation properties, dielectric constant is stable in wide frequency range and the minimum value, Excellent aging resistance, incombustible, without oxygen, ozone, ultraviolet rays. Teflon balls compared with other plastic balls exhibit more chemical corrosion resistance and higher temperature resistance.
