EASY TO CLEAN:The countertop deep fryer, made of heavy duty stainless steel, is solid in construction. And the oil tank can be detached for easy cleaning. There are handles on each side of the oil tank as well, which makes it easier for you to take the tank out for pouring oil and cleaning.
