This steam table elevator gives you the smallest elevation available. The rise is from 1/2 inch in front to 2 inches in rear of pan. This steam table elevator fits full size pans for a steamtable or chafing dish. The item has a brushed finish to help hide the look of use. The stainless steel construction makes this item as durable as the pans you use in them.
