New GM Marine SBC (5.0L, 5.7L) Marine Voyager Ignition Kit This marine specific ignition kit is designed to replace the AC Delco Voyager ignition systems used on most Volvo Penta, Indmar, and Marine Power carbureted and TBI fuel injected SBC V8 marine engines including 5.0L/305 and 5.7L/350. This kit is coast guard approved. This kit is also and ideal replacement for most Thunderbolt ignition systems used on Mercruiser engines as well. Often, the cost of a new ICM is much more than purchasing a whole new igniton kit to replace the faulty system used in Mercruiser applications. This kit can be used in conjunction with older ignition systems using a shift interupt switch.
