Commercial Grade Hinges are .134 thickness, use for 1 3/4" door thickness. Hinges have 2 ball bearings per hinge, Square Corners, 4.5" x 4.5" - Made of Type 304 Stainless Steel with Stainless Steel pin, Non-rising removable pin with button tip and plug, Stainless Steel Bearings and raceways - For Use with Doors with Normal usage or doors with closers including UL Fire Rated Door Openings approved for single doors up to 4/0 x 8/0 and double doors up to 8/0 x 8/0 - Furnished standard with Half wood screws (1-1/4" x 12 FPHW) and All machine screws (1/2" 12-24 FPHM) - ANSI A5112. Non-Removable Pin (NRP) for Medium Security Feature: The Non-Removable pin has a small set screw in the body of the barrel. This set screw is tightened down against the pin. The pin has a groove in the position where the set screw makes contact, allowing the set screw to seat. The set screw is positioned so it cannot be reached unless the door is opened. If pin removal is necessary, the set screw is merely removed and the pin tapped from the bottom in the usual manner.
