This Vulcan VC44ED Kit includes a double deck commercial electric convection oven. The exterior of the oven is constructed of a stainless steel front, sides top and casters and the interior is porcelain enamel over steel. There are two independently operated stainless steel doors with double pane windows on both decks. 240V.
