Large-Shell Kit - contains 5" large cannoli shells, chocolate chips, powdered sugar, cannoli kit instruction sheet + cream. Gluten-Free Cookie-Shell Kit -contains 5" GF pizzelle cookie shells, chocolate chips, powdered sugar, cannoli kit instruction sheet + cream. Our cream comes in ready-to-go pastry bags, ready for piping! Our Traditional, Classic White cream is nicknamed the "East Coast Cream" because it is a favorite of our east coast customers! In line with tradition, this cream is prepared the way you'd commonly find it in New York & Boston. It's made from the highest quality ricotta cheese with the smoothest texture on the planet!
