The wing chun dummy is a great alternative for those of us with limited space that want a solid dummy to work with. Dimension: Arms of dummy: Length - 30cm/ 11.7in ,dia - 4.7cm/ 1.85in Legs of training dummy: Length - 52cm/ 20.47in, dia - 7.5cm/ 2.95in The sizes provided above only include the punching area and the length of iron part are not included. The length of the arms can be adjustable. Notes: 1. Portable Wing Chun Dummy for Soft Object doesn't include punching bag. 2. For three models, the legs are made of stainless steel and stuffed with high density sponge instead of solid wood!
