The adapters work perfectly for Comtac style head phones. They do require some assembly, mainly removing the ear muffs from the head band and then snapping them to the adapters. Take out the headset line from the headband (need hoop wrapped). Hang the headset adapter on both side of the headset. Assemble to the helmet.
