1500VA Computer Uninterruptible Power Supply Unit Battery Backup for Network and Retail Point-of-Sale Applications The SMART1500LCDTXC Line-Interactive cloud-connected UPS system regulates incoming voltage and provides reliable battery backup and AC power protection against blackouts, brownouts, overvoltages, surges, and Line noise. Its compact tower form factor is suitable for desktop, floor placement, under workstations and other locations where a taller "Rack/Tower" unit may not fit. It's recommended for Home/office, Point-of-sale workstations, digital signage equipment, and gaming equipment. Easy-to-Use Cloud-Enabled Remote Monitoring Powered by Brightlayer Eaton's cloud-based remote monitoring app offers convenient setup, control and management of a single UPS or a larger deployment. Scan the QR code on the UPS to download the app to your mobile device. Receive alerts, push configurations, silence alarms or control load banks using a mobile app or web browser. Being able to monitor and access multiple UPS systems from a remote location helps reduce the number of site visits, saving you time and money. The unit's NFC (Near-Field Communication) feature lets you configure network settings instantly from your mobile device. Allows Time to Back Up Critical Files During a Blackout During short blackouts, the SMART1500LCDTXC switches to battery power to keep connected equipment running. This allows you enough time to save data and complete a safe shutdown in case of a longer outage. Once AC power is restored, the SMART1500LCDTXC restarts automatically, regardless of battery charge level, saving you a costly site visit. NEMA 5-15R Outlets and Controllable Load Banks Protect Connected Components Five 5-15R outlets provide battery backup and surge protection for your computer, monitor, security camera and other crucial equipment. The other five 5-15R outlets provide surge suppression only for desk lamps, speakers and other equipment regarded as non-essential during a blackout. Eaton's remote monitoring application enables individual control of two switchable load banks, allowing them to be powered on, off, or cycled remotely. This remote functionality facilitates the rebooting of equipment that is not responding, thereby eliminating the need for expensive and time-consuming on-site visit. Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) Corrects Low- and High-Voltage Conditions AVR protects your equipment from incremental hardware damage, data loss and performance problems caused by brownouts and overvoltages. The SMART1500LCDTXC can correct brownouts as low as 92V and overvoltages as high as 150V back to nominal 120V power continuously, all while keeping the battery fully charged and ready to take over in case of power failure. Easy Preventative Maintenance and Initial Troubleshooting The SMART1500LCDTXC's self-test capability and user-replaceable internal battery can extend the life of the UPS and minimize disruption to operations. A resettable circuit breaker on the rear of the UPS helps prevent dangerous system overloads. Intuitive LCD, Home-Friendly Alarm and Diagnostic LEDs Keep You Informed 24/7 The easy-to-read LCD and two diagnostic LEDs provide vital status information, including voltage, battery level, load level and power usage. The audible alarm indicates low-battery and fault conditions. It can be disabled via the LCD or the remote monitoring app, which will still respond to silenced alarms via the app. Communications Ports The UPS features an RJ45 port for Ethernet connectivity, enabling the use of a cloud-based remote monitoring application. Additionally, a USB-C port is provided for direct connection to the UPS's Command Line Interface (CLI), facilitating the configuration and identification of local network parameters. Extendable Runtime via Optional External Battery Module By adding (optional BP24V15RT2U) External Battery Module, the on-battery runtime of the SMART1500LCDTXC can be significantly increased.
