The Westone W50 features a five driver system with an unrivaled sound signature, tuned by artists, with a powerful low frequency driver, dual mid and high frequency drivers to make the sound mix smooth and balanced across all frequencies. Westone's 50 plus years experience with in-ear applications has yielded a low-profile, lightweight, universal earpiece which delivers maximum comfort and in-ear coupling for dynamic transfer of sound. Westone's balanced armature drivers are significantly more compact and efficient than traditional dynamic drivers. By combining multiple balanced armature drivers with sophisticated crossover networks, Westone monitors provide enhanced sonic detail and frequency range that extends well beyond typical in-ear solutions. The W-50 provides a replaceable cable connection and includes the braided epic cable and round MFI cable with 3-button control and mic. A 3-Button Apple control system plus microphone includes volume up and down, tracking up and down, phone answer and Siri activation. Metallic red, gold and gunmetal faceplates are included, with secure attachment. Also included is Westone's Monitor Vault. Designed specifically for transporting high-end earphones, and made in the US of high impact polymer, it's the perfect size for travel and storage. Monitor Vaults are lined with a protective foam interior and feature weather resistant design.
