The TOPS Money and Rent Receipt Book is the perfect solution for any small business or service provider. This 2-part carbonless book can be used to document the receipt of petty cash. The strong spiral binding allows pages to lay flat while writing, and the white, canary paper sequence provides a copy of all payments received. Each 11 x 5.5 inch book contains 200 forms sets, with 4 form sets per page. Each detached receipt measures 2.75 x 5 inches. Whether it's a multi-part form, notebooks, writing pads, record books, or any of the hundreds of items we offer, you can count on TOPS products to help! From the Manufacturer Petty Cash Book is designed for cash payouts. Use part one for receipt or attach to voucher check; part two remains bound in book. Each form offers spaces for a description of the item cost, date, account number, person responsible for approval and person who received the payment. Book contains four forms per page. Forms are printed in blue and red ink on carbonless paper for automatic sets. The original is white, and the duplicate is canary. Wirebound book opens perfectly flat. Detached form size is 2-3/4" x 5".
