Proaim has launched its Jr. Pan Tilt Head with 12V Joystick Control, a supreme quality product at best price which makes it a “production best buy.” High-Grade Aluminum constructed Motorized Video Head adds to the durability of the product. The head offers smooth, flawless 360° Panning & Tilting movements for capturing complicated shots with real ease. It has two high torque coreless DC motors that rotate (pans) and tilt the head with the help of gears attached to each motor. The movement is controlled by 12V Joystick control system which has multiple functions; Speed is easily controlled and adjusted by "Speed" and "Dead Spot" potentiometers on the control unit. The Dead spot control determines the center band of the joystick where no motion will occur and ensure no crossover to the other axis when not wanted. Damping knob is also an added feature on joystick controller which determines the time at which the drive reaches the desired speed or stops, what allows to achieve very smooth acceleration and deceleration. So, when working on Jib Crane with a remote pan-tilt head with 360° travel capacity, you have an unbeatable visual combination designed to please the most demanding professional.
