Most of the inventory for the very rare and highly collectible Hatchetman and Wraith 3.5" resin statues never made it to the Hot-Topic retail stores to complete their ICP collection of 3D Dark Carnival Joker Cards which included the hard to find Carnival of Carnage, The Ringmaster, The Riddle Box, The Great Milenko, and The Amazing Jeckel Brothers. The Wraith and Hatchman were to complete that collection for the retailer.
