Combines the strength and waterproof qualities of PVC with the durability of a polyester backing. Made of 0.35-mm PVC on polyester broadloom fabric with welded seams. Black plastic snap storm fly front and take up snaps at wrists. Coat features rounded collar and detachable drawstring hood with cord color of same material. Cape ventilated back with 3 mesh holes.
