Filamentory is a premium filament built for all purposes and created with the utmost attention to detail and quality. Every production step is of equal importance from the precision equipment to the strict quality control system to ensure all finished products reach our performance standards. The properties we take into consideration are melt flow index, material dryness, impact strength, and diameter precision. Our lab is equipped with a melt flow index instrument, dryness tester, impact strength tester, laser diameter tester and hardness tester to detect all properties. Our filaments are coiled in orderly fashion to ensure 100% tangle free usage, prevent bending and distortion while maintaining minimum resistance. The diameter of the most commonly used 3D printing filaments have a standard tolerance accuracy requirement of ±0.05mm while premium filament has the accuracy of ±0.03mm. Lower diameter tolerance allows the amount of material extruded through a print nozzle to remain more consistent during the printing process. This consistency directly affects the accuracy and surface smoothness of the printed object. Filamentory filaments are bump and bubble free by running our filaments through an accurate laser diameter instrument during coiling and ensuring that our unrecycled raw materials are contaminant free. Furthermore with our enhanced filament extrusion technology, we are able to get the filament to stay within ±0.03mm tolerance range and more than 99.9% of them within ±0.02mm range.
