If you’re serious about building both muscle size and strength, then these follow along workouts are a great place to begin. This series works very well for home gym workouts or commercial gym training. You get 5 days of training Monday through Friday doing different exercises that focus on areas of the body. DVD will be delivered in the mail. 1.Day One - Monday Full Body Workout – A total body barbell workout to start your week off right.
