The padding helps disperse the weight around the ankle or wrist, removing pressure points. This ankle cuff is designed for users with any size ankle or wrist as the strap allows for maximum adjustment to fit virtually anyone. Attachable to any cable machine in the gym, or you can get creative with a 41in loop resistance band and create your own workout without the use of gym equipment.
