About Enerpac STP-35A Tool And Pump Set With SP35

The Enerpac STP-35A tool and pump set includes an Enerpac SP-35 single-acting hydraulic punch and an Enerpac PATG-1102N Turbo II air hydraulic pump and is suitable for punching holes through mild steel sheet metal or other materials for fitting bolts or for other applications. The hydraulic punch contains a single-acting hydraulic cylinder, delivers 35 tons of punching force, and holds up to 76 cu. in. of hydraulic fluid. Single-acting cylinders use liquid pumped through a single port for rod extension and an internal spring for rod retraction to produce continued movement. The punch and die set contains Enerpac SPD-438, SPD-688, SPD-563, and SPD-813 punches and dies for punching round holes measuring 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, or 3/4 inches in diameter. The hydraulic punch is suitable for use with other punches and dies (sold separately) for punching oblong or square holes. The tool kit can be used for installing and removing punches and dies. The CR-400 female coupler connects the punch to the pump. The punch includes a steel case for transport and storage. The air-powered pump can be operated by hand or foot and holds up to 127 cu. in. of hydraulic fluid. Its air motor is made of cast aluminum for light weight and resistance to corrosion. The reservoir is reinforced for durability. The pump contains a one-piece piston to limit air consumption. The three-way, three-position valve controls the direction of the hydraulic fluid in a single-acting system. A return-to-tank port provides access for remote valves.
