About Raised Ergonomic Polish Pottery Stoneware Cat Small
This is a raised stoneware wet food dish designed for the comfort and benefit of cats and small dogs. It was created many years ago by a potter and rescuer in Canada for one of her cats on the recommendation of her vet. Because it is all about the comfort of your pet, please measure your pet from floor to mid-chest for the best fit. The dish is 5.13" high to rim, 6.5" wide and 1" deep. Any questions, please feel free to send us a message. We want your cat or small dog to be comfortable at mealtime. The dishes are absolutely lead free, a good weight, stable on the floor, dishwasher and microwave safe and the hard durable glaze also makes washing by hand very easy. The wide shallow dish is especially beneficial to flat faced cats as Persians and flat muzzled dogs as Pugs and Pekinese. It reduces "whisker stress" in cats. It holds about 1.5 cups of food if filled to brim. However, your pet will be more comfortable eating if you leave a little space around the food for easier access. This beneficial ergonomic pet dish is now available in a variety of beautiful Polish pottery patterns. Made in a Polish factory, our dishes are lovingly hand painted by skilled artists.
