About BENLEE Rocky Marciano Tough Sport, Black, 14 Oz

In the first half of the last century, between 1930 and 1950, Benlee was a great name. Famous boxers fought with them: "Bomber Brown" Joe Louis, "Jersey" Joe Walcott and Rocky Marciano, three heavyweight champions in a row. They all stood in the ring with Benlee boxing gloves and Benlee sports trousers. Other champions such as Jake "The Raging Bull" La Motta, "Sugar" Ray Robinson and Floyd Patterson were also wearing Benlee. Benlee started production of boxing equipment in the 1930s, but withdrew from business in the 60s. Punch GmbH revives the tradition and, in commemoration of Rocky Marciano, the best boxer of all time, it has attached its name to "his" brand: BenleeRockyMarciano.
