About Wearwell Rubber 478 WorkSafe Heavy Duty

This best-selling, light-weight, high performance drainage mat, is now available in a new formulation that's resistant to the effects of mineral oil based cutting fluid. That's why we call it CFR - Cutting Fluid Resistant. Perfect for wet industrial areas, its lightweight design eases the strain of clean up, yet keeps employees quite comfortable. WorkSafe Light is 1/2" thick with molded beveled edges allow easy employee access and the well-engineered drainage system keeps debris from becoming trapped. For use in wet, and dry work areas. This high performance drainage mat offers enhanced safety, cleanliness and worker comfort. Its uniquely designed drainage holes will not trap dirt and debris or harbor germs. Test specifications and results are MVSS 302 Flammability - "A" rating. It has a flame spread of .90/ Wet: COF = .36, ASTM D2240 Durometer - 55, ASTM D575 Compression Deflection - Deflection at 35 psi, mm=4.10, ASTM C501 Abrasion Resistance - Wear Index, 1/g=59, ASTM D-1171 Ozone Resistance - Excellent, ASTM D1056 Temperature Range - 10 to 250 degrees fahrenheit. Cleaning recommendations: Use a high-pressure hose (not to exceed 1800 psi) and hot water (max 160 degrees fahrenheit) to rid the mats of oils. For best results use a mild soap or detergent like Ivory Liquid with a ph between 4.0 - 9.0 to clean mats. Do not use steam, degreasers or caustic chemicals. Do not machine wash or mechanically scrub the mats.
