Simply peel back the cover, dip in the brush, mix, and apply. Dries in seconds and remains on the tooth for six to eight hours for optimum fluoride uptake. MARK3 Varnish 5% Sodium Fluoride with TCP (2.26% Fluoride Ion) MARK3 Is a resin-based 5% sodium based Fluoride Varnish that provides a strong desensitizing action when applied to enamel and dentin surfaces. It sets rapidly upon contact with saliva. It will leave a thin film on the teeth after application. COMPOSITION: MARK3 Varnish contains Xylitol, sodium fluoride, tricalcium phosphate and ethanol. INDICATIONS FOR USE: MARK3 Varnish release fluoride, calcium and phosphate ions to treat hypersensitivity and it reduces post-operative sensitivity. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: The treated areas should be free of excessive plaque buildup. Thoroughly brush teeth. Tear off one unit dose package from the tray. Peel off top foil from the unit-dose container to expose the varnish and brush applicator. Mix thoroughly as some separation may occur. Apply MARK3 Varnish using even brush strokes over the areas of teeth being treated. Using the enclosed brush, gently thin the excess varnish on the surface of the tooth until the varnish surface is dry. Varnish hardens in contact with saliva. Varnish covers even moist teeth for several hours. Refrain from eating hard Foods or drinking hot liquids or alcohol for at least 4 hours after treatment. Eating soft foods for the remainder of the day is advantageous. Do not brush teeth for at least 4 hours.
