The Charder HM200S Wall Growth Chart and the QM338HPW Head Piece can be used for patients of all ages, ideal for maintaining long term growth notes. The Growth Chart tracks height up to 6 ft 6 in (198 cm) and measures in increments of 0.25 in (0.5 cm). The Height Measuring Chart begins at 0 and is applied to the wall starting at floor level. The Measuring Chart features wide margins designed to provide sufficient room for handwritten notes. The Height Chart contains 1-mil polyester laminated covering and is backed with adhesive, making the Wall Chart easy to place on any clean, dry and smooth surface. Black text over a white background offers clearly labeled reference points even under natural lighting conditions. The QM338HPW is a 90° angle Head Piece, making it easy to obtain level, accurate measurements. The Head Piece is placed flat against the wall, covering the Growth Chart Track. The Head Piece device can then be moved down until it comes in contact with the patient's head.
