The D-15 color vision examination kit is designed to identify color vision defects (acquired and congenital), and meets insurance claim submission requirements for CPT 92283 (in the United States). 1. Larger cap size: Increased color cap size improves accuracy of testing, especially in those with reduced visual acuity and/or contrast sensitivity. 2.
