The entire arm pouch is made from a durable, knitted polyester mesh to allow maximum airflow and keep you cool. For added support, it has elastic thumb loops to prevent your hand from getting tired. With a front-facing micro velcro adjuster, you can easily adjust the length with one hand. Its padded neoprene strap won't dig into your neck and shoulder and is made for all-day comfort. Size: Youth/Extra Small Adult (Arm length between 20"-27", measured from shoulder to wrist). Think Ergo Arm Sling Sport Instructions: 1) Take the arm sling out of the box and lay it on a flat surface, such as a table. 2) If you will be using the arm sling on your right arm, the opening of the arm pouch should be pointing to your left. If you will be using it on your left arm, the opening of the arm pouch should be pointing to your right. 3) Thread the strap through the loop, and pull up to tighten. Once you've reached the desired length on the strap, secure the Velcro closure 4) Put the arm sling on. The strap should be centered on your shoulder and the arm sling should be comfortably supporting your arm. Adjust length with the strap at the front.
