On the back is a basic test for each nerve's function/s including a diagram for eye movements. Many references offer you the 12 nerves and their motor/sensory classification but that didn't seem like enough! The next step is how this translates to a clinical exam which is why we included a basic examination. This badge card comes from a series of cards that puts hard to memorize information at your fingertips. It has a standard slot pre-punched that will work with badge clips and badge reels. This card comes in both vertical or horizontal format. Purchase whichever version works best for you.
