About Colourlock Leather Handbag Cleaner & Polishing Kit
Ideal product for cleaning and care of smooth leather for jackets, bags, suitcases, shoes, saddles, wallets and belts. The mild cleaner cleans the leather and the Elephant Leather Preserver protects and waterproofs all smooth leathers. It makes old leather soft, supple and revives faded dyes.The Leather Preserver is 100% synthetic, acid-free, odorless and free from vegetable or animal fats. It is used by museums for the protection and conservation of old and hardened leather as it protects from mold and fibre breakage. Quantities: 0.5fl oz Elephant Leather Preserver and 1fl oz Mild Leather Cleaner and sponge. The amount is sufficient for about 5 sqm of leather. If you need larger quantities please order COLOURLOCK Mild Cleaner and COLOURLOCK Elephant Leather Preserver separately. Application: Always test any products first in a hidden area for changes or colour correctness! Mild Leather Cleaner: Apply some cleaner on a slightly moist sponge and press the foam out of it. Clean the leather with the foam. In case of soiling in the grain, use the Leather Cleaning Brush. Remove the dirty foam with a slightly moist and clean cloth. Elephant Leather Preserver: Rub some of the preserve into a clean, soft piece of cloth and use this to apply the preserve to the leather and, if applicable, to polish it afterwards. The preserver is not easy to process at cold temperatures, so be sure to work at least at room temperature or warm the fat up slightly with a hair dryer.
