1. Cut out the rubber block that fits your sole size. 2. Grind the sole rough with a file. 3. Stick masking paper around the sole to prevent glue from splashing on the sole. 4. Apply the glue on the rubber plate and let it dry. 5. Stick the rubber sheet on the sole. Then tear off the masking paper. Store at room temperature for 12 hours before wearing.
