[SINGLE GROOVE] -- We have four kinds of single groove grindometer: 0-25μm and 0-50μm ( index value is 2.5μm), 0-100μm ( index value is 5μm), 0-150μm ( index value is 10μm). The fineness meter is made of forged stainless steel with a sloping groove. Scale in microns (μm), the accuracy of fineness plate grooves ± 1μm.
[USING & READING] -- Put some particles on the deeper groove, then use scraper to scrape them from deeper to low groove. Immediately (not over 5 seconds) observe the tick mark of grain visible in the channel, this numerical value is the fineness.
[READING UNIT: μm/H] -- Correspondence between micron (μm) and Hegman (H) as follows: 0 Hegman (100 um), 4 Hegman (50 um), 8 Hegman (0 um).
[HOW TO CHOOSE GRINDOMETER] -- Choose a fineness gauge 5-10um higher than the product fineness range you measured. Single groove means only only one scraper groove, double grooves refer to two scraping grooves, which are convenient for comparison.
[NOT ONLY FOR PAINT] -- BAOSHISHAN paint grind gauge can measure not only the fineness of paint, but also the fineness of coatings, pigments, raw materials, plastics, printing ink and so on. In chocolate, ceramics, paper, medicine, food and other industries, it is also possible to use the gauge for fineness detection.
From the research laboratory coatings and inks, to test the production process, in order to obtain reliable and reproducible recipe a critical measurement technique is material particles (including paint or other similar material) for fast and accurate size measurements. We are very strict production standards, ensuring the production of all fineness board can maintain high quality and high accuracy to achieve and meet a variety of industries involved in the grinding process, especially in the wet-powder-paints, varnishes, printing inks and cosmetics industries requirements. The fineness meter is made of forged stainless steel with a sloping groove. Scale in microns (um), Hagemeyer (Hegman), mil (MILS), the accuracy of fineness plate grooves ±1μm. Correspondence between micron, mil and Hagemeyer as follows: 1 mil = 25.4 um, 1 um = 0.001 mm, 0 Hegman = 4 mil / 100 um, 4 Hegman = 2 mil / 50 um, 8 Hegman = 0 mil / 0 um, *Hagemeyer (Hegman) is usually represented by a capital "H".
