Efficiently draws air for ventilation but also smooths airflow over and around the side of the helmet to improve stability and reduce buffeting at highway speeds. New 3-position sliding air-scoop chin vent can be opened, midway or closed to control the flow of air into the helmet. Chin vent allows for a larger intake volume of air and has a replaceable filter; actuating mechanism is easy to use with gloves. Helmet is designed to fit and connect a communication system easily on the shell interior without compromising EPS liner protection. NHSTA DOT and SNELL certified. DOT FMVSS No. 218 Certified.
